Coaching / Training

We offer various types of training services to meet your specific needs. We can provide you with general or specific tools and techniques, as well as custom training programs tailored to your current level of knowledge. Our training programs cover introductory concepts and advanced training modules for trainers.

We also offer coaching training programs that follow a proven mentoring model. We design them to enhance your coaches' skills, allowing them to guide team members in building deep knowledge through hands-on application of tools, with built-in feedback loops.

Project Expertise & Support

We will provide training, support or project leadership to solve specific problems at your site. We will act as facilitator /project lead to guide the team through the improvement process, providing training on tools and leadership skills. This can either be project or point solution support. It is perfect for an organization that desires a fresh set of eyes to help drive understanding and solutions for reoccurring problems. It could also be helpful for a company just starting out and wanting to test how their systems, processes and team members will embrace a continuous improvement journey. 

Modeling / Simulation

When considering capital investments or major initiatives, it's important to use models and simulations to generate realistic projections of all proposed options.  It's also important to consider an external partner who can provide an unbiased and objective assessment, a fresh perspective to the project, and be capable of critical evaluation of the factors and data.  At Peak, our expert team can develop accurate analysis with the appropriate level of detail and risk factors to help you make informed decisions about your investment options.

Process Reviews

Your current improvement team may need support in achieving your organizational goals.  We will conduct an in-depth assessment of your internal improvement teams capabilities, systems and process effectiveness against your long-term needs or a desired baseline.  We will provide a detailed report with expert recommendations or customized coaching plan for moving forward.

Value Steam / Strategic A3

We will provide an unbiased assessment of your value stream processes and provide detailed feedback of problems and opportunities.   We will then categorize and rank the action items to ensure you work on the problem with greatest overall impact. This assessment can be scoped to cover single value stream processes or multi-location value streams.  Peak experts can provide support with Value Stream Understanding, Inventory of Waste, or as a Strategic A3 effort.

Transformations

If you are new to continuous improvement or need to re-start a prior initiative, Peak will provide the needed support. We help you identify major value streams and the key problems limiting performance to develop a customized plan to achieve your long-term business requirements.  In parallel, we build a learning environment specific for your team, help them create the systems needed for stability and build the infrastructure for sustained improvement.  As systems are built, we introduce the necessary skills to future facilitators and improvement practitioners.
